I ran across an unusual headstamp. I have Winchester and F-C, R-P, Herters and others but I've never seen this one until today.

They came in a Sear's Ted Williams marked box. As a side note, got a full box of 100 130gr HP's from i think Speer and a partial box of Hornady 125gr HP's. Are you going to anneal it before loading?

Aah I missed it was unfired!
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

250 Savage... its what the 223 wishes it could be...!

No .. it had been fired. I reloaded it with 125 gr. JHP Sierra and 33 gr. 3031. I don't bother annealing brass any more. I have plenty and ain't worried about a losing one or two now and then. Annealing makes 'em lengthen a bit fast also and I don't like to trim 'em until I can a whole bunch ... 500 or 600 or more. That way they are all on the same page.
