I have finally been able to develop a load for my original NWMP Winchester 1876 SRC chambered in 45-75. I started to try to write it up here, with photos, but it was getting too untidy, so I wrote up a report, complete with photos, and you can download it here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YrL-tN ... sp=sharing
It explains my way of thinking when developing a load for a vintage black powder caliber. I hope you enjoy it.

Kirk: An old geezer who loves the smell of freshly turned earth, old cedar rail fences, wood smoke, a crackling fireplace on a snowy evening, pristine wilderness lakes, the scent of
cedars and a magnificent Whitetail buck framed in the semi-buckhorn sights of a 120-year old Winchester.

Pretty informative, Kirk. Looks as if it is fun. Hope you get the accuracy you are looking for.
