Texas Boys, September 1 changes
On September 1, 2021, people in Texas will be able to carry concealed or openly [without the need for any "permit"] for the first time since Reconstruction.
I've thought long and hard about it, and I don't think I will change my patterns. Generally during the week I carry a J frame .357 hidden under a shirt. On weekends I often carry a USFA in .44 Special. Its a better ranch gun and the only places I go to are the ranch or maybe a local gun shop. If I need to go anywhere where I will scare the sheep, I throw a denim vest on to cover the gun.
Do you Texas boys intend to change anything about your daily habits?

I won't. I would just as soon no one know I am carrying.

The most important aspect of this signature line is that you don't realize it doesn't say anything significant until you are just about done reading it & then it is too late to stop reading it....

If that flash and gas all go inside, its still loud but it changes the dynamics (fluid dynamics particularly) in a very dramatic way.

No change for me. I do not like to advertise.

I've no plans to open carry in town, though the new options are appreciated.

A prayer for our Governor who helped change Texas once again for the better. This guy walks the walk.

Yes Sir! Governor Abbott can use our prayers. He has CoVid. He pushed for and signed the Constitutional Carry law. He has been a friend to us everyday folks.
