That's the number on the barrel, it's very clear in the pic.

It's also on the original box from Winchester.
It says made in USA, but assembled in Portugal.

I know because of the Browning affiliation some newer Winchester products use the Portugal plant.

The serial number should be on the receiver. However, it has to be a very modern FN made M70. Parts are made in South Carolina and shipped to Portugal in the last few years.
I haven't seen one assembled in Portugal, but the SC completely made ones seem to be very high quality.
