data to use 230gr lrn bullet in 20" Rossi lever in .357

I have 50 bullets which I think were intended for bowling pin shoots that I want to load for my .357 Rossi. I realize I will probably have to size the bullet due to its length to seat for seating. I can find data for the old 38/200 (2-2.4 gr Unique) but not for anything as heavy as a 230gr bullet. Any sugggestions?
