OT - The Story of Ruth

I just watched this Hollywood take on the old Bible story. As usualy, quite enjoyable. Even though I am not Christian, I do like Bible stories, and weirdly enough I like what Hollywood does with them.

I thought the lead was quite a woman (WOW! :o ) so I looked her up:

Elana Eden

Turns out she was born in 1940 in a Jewish settlement in Palestine, and had to take leave from her regular job as a machine gunner in the Israeli army, to make this film. They don't make them like that any more!
