An example of why the Senate needs to stop blocking the administrations judge ship nominations! We need all the friends we can get.

Man its good to see positive news on the 2A. Good for that judge and good for the people of GA for passing the state law in the first place!

The only thing better would be if the city of Atlanta had to pay the attorney fees and court cost for the group GeorgiaCarry.org for having to file this just to get them to follow the law.

Which is why the liberals block strict constructionist judges. They know that judges who actually follow and apply the law as written do not help them pass their agenda, which often can't get by legislatively. This is the biggest issue - maybe even more so than the war on Islamofascism. We can rot ourselves from within faster than our enemies can take us out from the outside.

Glad to hear we still have judges with courage and common sense! :D

Our legislature in Texas passed the same law a while back, but I still see signs posted to the contrary occassionally.
