Maybe a .22RF brass jag?? Yes? No? They worked super on my .54 ML....

For a minute there I thought you were talking about the old Remington Nylon 66. I don't think you can break one of those.
I bought a big set of brass jags at Walmart about a year ago. 50 cal to 17. Cheap and they work great. Haven't broken one yet.

Midway had brass patch holders. I bought 2sets. Are a pleasure to use. Had a plastic one that stretched out to 6 inches as I pulled it out the barrel cause the patch was to tight. Todd/3leg
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

When I hear patch holder, I'm thinking of something completely different, usually involves choppers.
