356 Winchester

Post by dad »

I was at my favorite dealer today and they had a 356 Winchester in the used gun rack. Not the high stock but the standard. All of the sights front and rear were their. It has had sling swivals added for a sling. I would say 95% blue the stock has some scratches, nothing very bad. They have a price on it of 535.00. Not realted or anything just a heads up I thought some of you would be interested. The phone number is 989-386-3475. Good luck

Looking up area codes in the phone book revealed 989 is Saginaw, Michigan. The area code map shows that 989 covers the eastern half of the upper peninsula.

Cast bullets, 200 gr. RCBS are my favorite load. Accurate and easy to load for, brass is tough and quite thick so very long life. With Rem. 200 gr. RN for the 35 Rem. I can get 2300 fps and great accuracy. Great lever gun to load for. Recoil not punishing and packs a wallop too. I know the hog hunters love them. One of my favorite rifles.afish4570

Punched a hole straight through a red deer cow a few days ago using some old 250gr factory stuff.

The critter is still dead.

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

I had one but it had the high comb and I didn't like that. I know for a fact the the 200gr factory bullet made a big hole and rolled the deer over at 100 yards.
