For many years I shot competitively, International Trap( Olympic), got away from it due to work and just general burn out( I was running the club and trying to shoot).
I had walked away from the range for about 7 years. Had the occasional trip out for grits & shins but nothing serious.
Then Dad got sick...
Finally about 3 weeks ago I went out for some practice.
This past weekend was a 200 bird match.
I shot below my average by a few targets but I kept my head together and held 2nd place all weekend.
My ol' Perazzi didn't let me down!
Got to see I guy I shot with 30 years ago, sad to see him wheel chair bound...
