Palmetto State Armory torture test

Post by AJMD429 »

The Palmetto State Armory upper did pretty well in torture test; an aftermarket handguard with more ventilation should keep it in good shape for fairly robust semiauto use.

Not bad for an entry-level carbine.

Last week they had complete lowers for $130 and complete uppers for $250. I tell ya it was tempting.Figured if I bought that, the 25 Remington would have came waltzing in right after! :x
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

250 Savage... its what the 223 wishes it could be...!
