I was able to handle and drool on this rifle last year while over at the Dog's house. I feel real lucky when I get to check out the "one of" and unique special order rifles.

If my pockets were only deep enough.....( sigh :( )

I guess I'll have to be satisfied (and I am) with my ca.1914 Model 1899H in .303........... 8)

I've personally held and examined that gun also, and it's a very rare variation. Can't wait to see how it does at auction.
