Two of them have recoiling barrels, which I always think are interesting.

Re: Interesting Semiauto Rifles
Wouldnt mind having any one of them. I wonder about Bill Ruger's Xgi in 308. Wish it had worked out. Todd/3leg
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

I tried to watch a couple of that guy's 5-gun videos.
They were probably interesting and informative, but I got tired of listening to him talk.

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.
History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

Good rifles, got addicted to an FN model 49 in 30-06 in the 70's and found a mint one that out shot my match grade Grand.

There have been a lot of interesting rifles over the years.

I have owned a number of Model 8s and one French MAS 49/56. Wish I still had it. Using handloads with standard, non mil-spec primers, the MAS wanted to go full auto. Lotsa fun!

Not sure how it happened but I ended up with a FAL that I just became very fond of. Then there was the Rhodesian kit and the Coonan receiver. Then a trade that involved another FAL. They just seem to multiply while locked in the safe. I don't even look at ARs any more.
