Hello from Mozambique

Post by JimT »

We made it to Mozambique a few days ago. Internet connection is poor to iffy at times. Right now it's not too bad so thought I would drop by and say "Hi". The trip went well. My grand-daughter and I had a layover in London and met some friends there. Then flew on to Africa. We have been in the bush a couple times and I have introduced her to shopping in Africa. She is enjoying it. We will be here about a month and will drop by now and then when the connection permits!

Blessings

Jim,

I'm glad you and your grand daughter got there without incident. Enjoy your stay.

I just remembered something from my early days in Phoenix. Back in the early 60s there were neighborhoods around Phx that looked a lot like the pics you posted. As strange as it may seem those areas of Phx were the most fun to play in, and were not near as hot as the more "developed" areas with their concrete and asphalt. The folks that lived there were happier and more friendly too. Strange thing, but I miss those times and places.

Looks like they have not forgotten you. Your granddaughter looks happy to be there with you.
