Eons ago I had an original one. Chambered for either the 22 L or LR it had been fired so much with shorts the chambers were eroded at the short case mouth area and after firing all 4 you could not eject the empties. They had to be driven out from the muzzle end.
It was a fun gun to shoot though.

Pretty neat. My grandfather had a few of those. He must have sold them off when they started to appreciate. Weren't any around when he passed away and I inherited his firearms.

I've got a COP from I think the 80's sitting in the safe. And considering how it feels to fire it, it will like sit there until my kids get it. Both are cops and thought it would make a fair backup piece. Then they fired it. It's a nice conversation started, but that's it.

The little .22 lr shown here might be fun. Heck even a decent snake gun with shot shells. Hmm, never thought of using the COP for that.
