model 14

Image anyone like the model 14s ? I found this one in a pawn shop a few years ago. the grain was covered by decades of crude but I knew it would be nice when I got through with it.it is in 30 rem. and shoots excellent. it was made 1912

I have a 141 n 30 Rem, but it doesn't have as nice a wood as yours does. Absolutely beautiful butt stock on that rifle! :o

I had a Model 14 many years ago chambered for the 25 Remington. I could not find shells for in all of south Florida. Finally ordered some from Texas, it sure did shoot good. Reckon I must have run across something I needed worser or maybe even worster than the 14. Sure would like to have it now, along with several more fine firearms that<<<<<< Oh well that's how we do things at the time.

Good gracious me, olskool, I have several of those but they don't have wood like that! That is some beauty. And the relatively rare carbine, too. That was a find :mrgreen:

I like any of the old Remington pump rifles! They were probably the finest of all the pump rifles built by various makers!
Pre WWI Marlins and Singleshot rifles!

Great find! Fantastic wood!!
I've always liked those ol' shuffle Guns!

Somewhere I have a receiver for the .22 version, the 12 or 121 model... I should do a restoration on it someday!
