Coffee with Trump?

Post by OldWin »

Got to work tonight and this was parked out back on the tarmac. Thought he might be stopping to have coffee with the guys on 3rd shift. Guess not. :D
Doubt he was within a thousand miles. That plane would never be that close to the fence. Our buildings butt right up to the air base fence.
Pretty neat though. Don't see that stuff up here much, but this airstrip is a big stopping place for military flights headed overseas.

Somebody said that tail number was the plane Bush took to the air in on 9/11. Don't know if it's true or not.

That's pretty neat Jay. For such an important airplane it does not look like there is a lot of security around it. I wonder if there's more than one of those.----6

Hey bud,
Yeah I think there is. He obviously wasn't here, or they would have it parked way out away from everything with a LOT of security around it.

The one time I saw AF 1 it was sitting at Sky Harbor, Phx along side a big black C5 Galaxy loaded with a fleet of shiny black vehicles. Never did see any VIPs.

I can't get excited about those regardless of who's President.

When Kissenger and Rockefeller were traveling too and from the Middle East these birds always stopped over at Torejon. Nothing but a pain in the backside. Had to roll out all of the equipment, and then have one crew standing by it the entire time it was on the ground. When Ford visited Spain it was worse.

Today every time the president or vice president comes to SoCal they land at LAX. Messes up air travel and vehicle travel. They should just stay in DC and save us all time and trouble.
