Was in Cabela's at Rogers, MN. They have a 2 Savage 99's. One is a 303 Savage with Lyman folding tang site for $499. The other one has been rebarreled with a 20" Octagon barrel in 25/35 Win. It was done quite awhile ago, but who ever did it knew what they were doing. Unfortunately (for me) they want $1099 for it. Both seem nice a solid with no extra rattles the 303 has been d+t'ed for scope bases.
There is also a Marlin Glenfield 30A with half tube magazine and them Marlin 4X scope for $399. And last but not least a Mossberg 472 with the side safety lever, , labeled as Monkey Wards on the barrel for $299. aLL decent bores

Lever Enabling Help for the summer
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres
