These cartridges have been in this leather wallet for at least 5 years with no corrosion or verdigris developing. I guess it's all about the tanning process.

The Army FM wants you to shoot it dry. I found that a generous squirt of WD-40 kept it running much, much reliably. Are you certain that that sight will fit your 1892?

It is made to fit for the Model 94 Angle Eject, which came pre-drilled for scope mounts. It will fit other 1894/94 models but the receiver needs drilling and tapping.
