Re: Lever Gun Light Mount
I've had my eye on that mount, I'll have to get one. What model of surefire in the light? And does it have a momentary on? The light is a Surefire X300 that is pretty old. I took it off my duty Kimber 1911. It has a momentary mode by pushing the switch in slightly. It does have a slight wobble but ...

Re: The GForce 1892 Copy in 357
A club member came to the range yesterday with the .357 in a cc steel reciever. It didn't look bad. Fitting wasn't the best but easily fixable with a little sanding. The CC looked a little much. The rear sight was dovetailed in but also had a set screw so you could easily adjust for windage which se...

I'll be using a Marlin 45-70 and a Marlin 30TK 30-30.
I don't reload so I'm using Buffalo Bore for the 45-70 and not sure with the 30-30. I've taken a few elk with the 45-70 using leverevolution ammo.

Yeah. I got it because we got wolves coming down lately. They killed an elk and deer downrange and crippled a deer in my front yard. Gotta keep my dogs in at night now. This mount is awesome. Beats holding a flashlight in one hand.

Lever Gun Light Mount
Ever since AJMD429 posted his homemade light mount on his levergun years ago, I've wanted one. Only problem is hardly anyone makes a light mount for a carbine that isn't bulky, except Hill People Gear. Got it today and installed in about one minute! It's on my Winchester Trapper .357. 20240507_14411...

When I was a LEO, we put down a few dogs. It was so sad. These sub-humans would hang a 20lb chain on a pitbull, beat it, and keep it confined in a small yard to make it mean......all to protect their stash.

I really like Trooper Joe's Marlin! Is it just a matter of swapping out the fore grip and stock? I only own one Marlin and it's a Mod30 TK with a Texan stock. I may be picking up a 336 next week and would love to convert it. Any suggestions? I looked on line but keep finding plastic tactical stocks....

I have a Rem 870 because I used one for 30 years in L E. . I bought this mainly for fun..and it is. It's a RIA VR 80. I bought a 25 round drum for it. It is a blast to shoot. It does need hi velocity ammo to cycle properly but recoil on these AR type platforms is much less. Screenshot_20240205_09135...
