Bronco-Winnie is the mom, can't use that again... and she is registered as Winchester Magnum Pitchy - I'm sure both of us use some of the same names for people! Annie isn't bad, not sure about Oakly. But a registered name of Annie Oakly kinda works. I'll put it on the list! Brunhilde is a bit much b...

Well the count down begins! Took my dog, Winnie to the breeder yesterday. Another breeding tomorrow and we can start counting the days until whelping! This will be her 3rd litter, her last. The jams you guys are talking about seem to be more ammo related than the gun. If it was the gun then it wouldn't feed/chamber/ shoot /extract,eject any ammo. Bad rim, no crimp, oal too long... If if feeds 5 or 14 and has a hiccup at random you have to look at Ammo. Now I'm not saying there isn't an...

Cut the tree for firewood, save the burl for turning or knife scales. If you decide to make it into scales, air dry it one year per inch of thickness.
I suppose you could ask around at local wood shops, see if anyone is interested in your burl.

Mass equals energy. We all know that placement of a bullet means just as much as construction. Tankless heaters are usually more efficient. Could also look into 'on demand' heaters.
We tried an on demand but having hard water the elements didn't last but a few years. So if your water is hard make sure you have a softener or neutralizer and you new heater will last longer!

That could become quite a nice custom build, invest in some nice wood, matching stock and forend, recoil pad for sure! Could also have a muzzle break/ thread protector to help tame that 460 a bit!
Sure would be a great rig in 'straight wall' states and a good bear over bait gun.
