I found some of each of the lubes mentioned in the article, used them, and since I found them too late (don't shoot much anymore), can't
really comment on their superiority. Perhaps someone here has.

What can you do when you come across a gun with no serial number. Or a Marlin with a tang sight and someone drilled through one of the numbers to install it.
I sure wanted that Marlin but unsure of the missing digit so passed.
Thanks

30-30 rebore to 375
I recently purchased a Glenfield 30A that has been rebored to 375 winchester. my concern, is the Marlin able to handle the increase in pressure of the 375 win. On another forum it was suggested that the round bolt was made stronger on the factory Marlin 375 to make it able to handle the presssure. T...

I recently ordered some heavy 45-70 bullets from him. Like you said, I called and was told they were in stock . But not so. He ran them soon enough and I got them in a reasonable time. I've used the original on heavy 7MM mag loads and
Super Blackhawk loads and worked fine. But it would
not read lead bullets. I understand the new one does.
I'll have to see if there is an upgrade. Too expensive
to just buy another.
