Re: Anybody use the Nosler BT 125 gr in a 30-06?
My experiences with BT's... Several years back I bought a Win in 25-06. I had two loads...both shot MOA or better. One was Partition, and the other BT. The BT's shot about .7" and were slightly more consistent than the paritions. I opted to use the BT's for hunting that year. Medium Whitetail b...

If my recollection is correct, the 50-110 and the 50-100-450 were the same cartridges just loaded with different bullet weights and headstamped differently. The one resource I had on this subject claimed that the rifling twists were the same. I can't say for sure, but if others can verify that here,...

I have the Taurus Ultra-Lite in .38, and my buddy bought the Charter Undercover .38 about the same time. Both are CCH guns for us. Both are surprisingly accurate, lite to carry. What CoSteve says about seasoning a barrel has a lot of merit. IF, I was to push the limit, I would try and address the brass issues first. I would trim down 454 brass to 45LC dimensions and try using that first...although the diameter of the 454 is slightly smaller than the 45LC to begin with, so this may only work if you have a tight chamber.
