I Found a fella at my place of work that does leather work. I had him build me a belt and holster for the 32 that Ollogger picked up for me. I am beyond happy. I think it could be as high as 75%. It depends on how the animal was treated from birth all the way up, with the right trainer like Griff said. Some are better athletes then others, some are smarter then others, some want to please. Others are just plain trouble makers that won't accomplish much in...

I don't burn em long, but here's what I did, the flavor was good, and they were juicy! Defrost 1-1/2 lbs of steaks (1/2" to 3/4" thick) in fridge for 3-4 days, puncture meat repeatedly with large fork. Mix up marinade and put in a ziplock bag with steak overnight, turning bag occasionally...
