1. Don't over tighten screws in an aluminum receiver.
2. If you don't like the wood stock get a factory plastic stock. IMHO, Butler Creek is over rated and over priced.

To me the 94 handles and carries a little better than the 336. The ease of maint., strength, accuracy and the ability to mount scopes on the 336 makes it a much better rifle than the 94 for me.

I shoot it in my 9X18 Makarov. Great ammo. Except for the sealer around the bullet and on the primer it is identical to the Winchester "white box" ammo.

I've been supporting Starbucks since I found out they support us. They do have drip coffee and some pretty good tea. A tall (small) about 10 or 12 oz. of drip will run you right around $1.85.

My experience with the AR-7 is just like everybody else's. I sold it. The Marlin papoose is pretty good though. I'd like to see somebody market a bolt action box mag. takedown rifle in either .22LR or .22Mag.
